THE TRUTH

 Lord, thank you because my eyes are opened to the truth, I embrace and in the end, I gain freedom.

Amen.


This is an interesting discovery about child delivery and how it relates to freedom for the believer. Enjoy your read. 👍❤️


While a woman is pregnant, the foetus moves freely in the womb, but it is bound by the walls of the womb (uterus). 



When the baby is ready to make an entrance into the real world, the amniotic sac (water sac), where the foetus floats and develops, breaks, due to the baby's pressure to come out.

Then, the mother goes into labour (not labour room) and this signifies the baby is about to be born! 🥳


Then the baby comes out and everyone, most especially the mother is glad. 🤗



Behind the scenes, the baby fought its way to freedom because it realized a truth no one disclosed. 


The baby suddenly realized that the womb was not its world and it got tired of those binding walls, forcing the mother to "push" so it could gain freedom.




Until the day the foetus knew the truth, it lived happily enjoying the warmth of the womb.


The ticket to the baby's freedom was knowing the truth. 


The day you know the truth and are ready to change the status quo is the day you get the keys to your freedom apartment. The truth is the key to freedom. 


This pregnancy illustration is an interesting one and it signifies that one can be in bondage, yet seem to live free, just like a foetus.


You may say, "Oh, I'm not in bondage!" That's a quick one to say, wait until the end of this writing.


Maybe you're curious and want to ask how to know you are in bondage? Or if you already know you are, how to get free? Your answer is in this piece. Hang on!.


I'll say it again, the ticket to your freedom is the truth. 


WHAT THEN IS THE TRUTH? 

The truth is the truth. It is that simple.


It is one dimensional. No shadows, no ifs, no buts, no provided that. 

Every/anywhere/time you check the status of the truth, it remains the same. It is constant. 


The truth is not a fact/law that someone said/made, the truth is a reality. 


It is a new environment. It is a mindset and world you must live in if you ever want to be free. 


Many a time, the truth is not universally accepted, but that does not change its status anyway. 


Until you come to the knowledge of the truth and embrace it, you can't live in true freedom.


The truth is a rewiring. The truth is in God's Word. The truth is Jesus. John 14:6


The sad thing is that not everyone embraces the truth even when they know it— just like some babies wait for labour to be induced because they won't come out themselves.



 So many people live in bondage and they know, but they are comfortable. Today, I ask for mercy on your behalf and grace for you to embrace God's truth. Amen.


Needless to say, if you don't know Christ (the truth), you're like a foetus who seems to live free but is bound by the walls of the womb.


If you don't embrace and come to the knowledge of Jesus, you'll never live free no matter your success or achievement. 


John 8:32 in different versions

Only the truth makes you free. Nothing else.


What's the guarantee that if you embrace the truth, you'll be free? 

It's in John 8:35-36. If the son sets you free, you're truly free. 


Are you ready to know the truth? If so, please, say after me:


Lord Jesus, I come to you today as someone who wants to know and embrace the truth. 

I am tired of living like I'm free when I'm not.

Please, show me the way to true freedom. Save my soul and forgive all my sins. 

Help me to live a life that is free, void of sin and shame in Jesus mighty name, amen.


God has heard you and he will show you true freedom in Jesus name. You're made new and your bonds are gone. 2 Cor 5:17.

TEMPTATION AND THE WORD

"It is easier said than done". This statement is true, but I believe it is incomplete.  As a believer, there are some things that apply to the whole world that you're exempted from. To do things may be easier said than done, but for you, the believer, there is grace, even much grace available to do them. You and I receive it in Jesus name. Whether you believe it or not, there is grace available for you to stand up to the devil, in boldness, and use the Word instead of crying or getting depressed.  Yes, I know it may seem easier to say "use the Word", when the devil is telling you a lie about that job you're seeking, that grade you are reading so hard for, that person who said he/she will help you, that child that's proving wayward or any situation you may be in, as opposed to using the Word when you really need to use it.  But as believers, it's time we understood that only the Word and truth in the Word can make us free. The story of water turning into wine. Very common story! You probably have never heard it this way before. Enjoy! The Wedding at Cana of Galilee is one of the Bible stories that intrigues me a lot.
